Refund & Returns Policy
We allow returns of parts and accessories, however some limitations and exclusion apply.
1. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- All parts over 15 days old
- Any parts that have been soiled or damaged
- Machinery Manuals such as Operator, Technical and Repair
- Any liquid (oil, grease, paint etc)
- Seal kits, electrical and sealed components, gasket kits that have been opened
- Hardware (including, but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws etc)
- Any parts that have been installed on equipment or used
- Any “sale items” only regular price items can be returned
4. We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error.
5. Haeusler’s reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
6. Special Order Items or Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All special orders and sale items are final.
